Update - Creo Inc., a subsidiary of Kodak This past June, the acquisition of Creo by Eastman Kodak Company was completed, and Creo Inc. became a Kodak subsidiary. Leaf maintains its operation as a product group within Creo. Leaf and Creo are now part of a new organization: the Kodak Graphic Communications Group (GCG). Kodak plans to fully support the Creo Leaf group in our mission to supply the high-end professional photography market with the most advanced equipment and workflow solutions. |
